I accept payments using PayPal or credit card. Or whatever Shopify is offering.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
Please note that e-check payments placed through PayPal typically take 3-4 business days to clear.
Custom orders must be paid in full before I will begin work on them.
Ready made items will ship within five business days once payment has cleared.
Items that are made to order will take longer; my turn-around is generally two weeks.
I ship using USPS First Class (unless you purchase a shipping upgrade) with delivery confirmation.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has been packaged.
Please check your shipping address to ensure it is correct!
International customers are responsible for all customs fees.
I do not know the customs info for your country, so I have no way of knowing what you will need to pay (if anything).
I also will not falsify the customs forms for fee avoidance. It's illegal. Please do not ask.
Custom orders are not returnable. All other items are returnable if the item is in the same condition as which it was received.
You must contact me within five business days of receipt if you wish to return your order. Please contact me at email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items will only be replaced if they are received defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me at email@example.com to obtain return address details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping upgrade costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
