I accept payments using PayPal or credit card.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. Please note that e-check payments placed through PayPal typically take 3-4 business days to clear.
Custom orders must be paid in full before I will begin work on them.
Ready made items will ship within five business days once payment has cleared.
Items that are made to order will take longer. You may contact me at email@example.com with any questions.
I ship using USPS First Class with delivery confirmation, unless you purchase a shipping upgrade. You will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please check your address to ensure it is correct!
International customers are responsible for all customs fees. I do not know the customs info for your country, so I have no way of knowing what you will need to pay (if anything). I also will not falsify the customs forms for fee avoidance. It's illegal. Please do not ask.
Custom orders are not returnable. All other items are returnable if the item is in the same condition as which it was received. You must contact me within four days of receipt if you wish to return your order. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gift cards are not returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email email@example.com.
Items will only be replaced if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
